1. Who we are and acceptance

CreatorFlow is provided by Wangfluence OÜ, an Estonian company. Your agreement for use of the service is with Wangfluence OÜ. Contact us at wangyilin_hi@qq.com.

By creating an account or continuing to use CreatorFlow, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and, when acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it.

2. The service and your account

CreatorFlow helps creators manage collaborations, content schedules, PR and events, contacts, expenses and downloadable PDF invoices. Optional tools extract information from connected emails, import Google Calendar events and draft AI-assisted replies.

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for your account activity. Our current workspace records are stored in your browser on this device, not backed up as a complete cloud workspace. Keep copies of important records and PDFs; clearing browser data or changing devices may remove access to local records.

Gmail and Google Calendar connections currently use the workspace owner's connected Google account and are restricted to that owner. Calendar import is one-way and refreshes while the calendar page is open. AI replies are drafts: the service does not automatically send them.

3. Plans, trial and billing

Plans are offered in euros at €7.89 per week, €14.79 per month or €89.99 per year. The annual plan's approximately €7.50 monthly equivalent is illustrative: it is charged as one annual payment, not monthly instalments. The checkout shows the final amount, applicable taxes and billing schedule before you agree to pay.

Each plan includes a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription starts after the trial and renews automatically at its stated interval. Cancel through Settings → Billing or Paddle's customer support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the trial or paid period. Plan changes take effect at the next billing period. When a plan expires, workspace access is locked; expiry alone does not delete local records.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle's Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, taxes, subscription cancellation and refund mechanics. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day money-back guarantee. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, harassment, hateful content, deceptive deepfakes, malware or infringement of privacy or intellectual property. Do not probe or disrupt security, scrape the service without permission, bypass technical limits, jailbreak safety controls, access other people's inboxes or upload material you have no right to process.

Do not resell or redistribute the service, reverse-engineer it except where law permits, or use it to facilitate prohibited conduct. We may filter or refuse AI requests, restrict or remove content under our control, and suspend accounts to address misuse.

5. Intellectual property, inputs and outputs

Wangfluence OÜ retains ownership of CreatorFlow and its software, documentation and branding. During authorised access we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own activities within your plan.

You retain your rights in your uploaded or entered content. You grant us only the rights needed to host or process it to provide the requested service, including processing through necessary service providers. You must have permission to process personal data and rights in all email text, prompts and other inputs you submit.

As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of your AI outputs. Outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection, and may involve third-party rights. You are responsible for your prompts, reviewing outputs, checking accuracy and deciding how to use them.

Rights holders can report suspected infringement to wangyilin_hi@qq.com with the material concerned, evidence of their rights and contact details. We may restrict or remove material under our control; repeated or serious infringement can result in termination.

6. Availability and AI limitations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that third-party integrations will always be available. AI extraction and replies may be incomplete, misleading or inaccurate. Verify dates, fees, recipients and obligations before acting. Outputs and finance summaries are not regulated legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice; use appropriate human oversight.

PDF invoices and financial summaries are tools, not a guarantee that your records satisfy local invoicing or tax requirements. You remain responsible for their accuracy and compliance.

7. Suspension, termination and liability

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and allow you to address it; urgent security or legal action may require immediate restrictions. You may stop using the service and cancel renewals at any time.

Save important records before ending access. Contact us for deletion of account data held by us; local browser copies must also be removed on your device. Legal retention obligations may require some billing or security records to be kept.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses and our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for CreatorFlow in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct or applicable mandatory consumer protections.

8. Changes, law and complaints

Estonian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact us first to resolve a complaint. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts, including a consumer's local courts where required by law.

We may update these terms and will communicate material changes through the service or email before they apply. Changes do not retrospectively remove existing statutory rights. The English and Estonian versions are intended to have the same meaning; contact us if you notice a discrepancy.
